I’ve spent more than 20 years working as a design and creative recruiter inside creative‑led organizations — startups, tech consultancies, academia, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. I’ve always chosen roles where creativity is at the heart of the work, because that’s where clarity, structure, and thoughtful support make the biggest difference.
